- All employees are mandated to go through 2 compliance training sessions every year. These sessions are followed up mandatory compliance tests which are designed to gauge your knowledge on the matter and remind you of things you might have forgotten.
- All employees are expected to work with the highest level of honesty and integrity. DACPL has a zero bribery and corruption policy - it will simply not be tolerated.
- DACPL employees must be able to travel extensively and be comfortable with field visits. Our work takes place all in all environments - from offices to ports, from railway sidings to factories and from international conferences to onboard vessels - we expect our employees to show a certain level of adaptability and ability to work in new environments.
